Client garden: A large suburban garden, mainly planted to perennials, with small spinney, soft fruits and orchard. Focus was on plants, with some unusual varieties and various specimen trees.

Client garden: Typical suburban garden in York. Heavy clay soil, with associated problems. Half of garden in full sun, half in light shade. Defined areas with mainly perennial plants.
South-facing courtyard garden with sandy soil
Client Garden: A south-facing courtyard garden with sandy soil. Beds were fully planted with a colourful mix of cottage garden and Mediterranean plants intended to attract wildlife and provide a long season of cut flowers.
